Senior Property Manager | Salary + incentives
We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Location: Inner Sydney Suburb.
What you'll be doing
* Manage an established residential portfolio end-to-end. Approx Listings.
* Conduct routine inspections, manage maintenance, and oversee repairs
* Handle arrears, notices, lease renewals, and rent reviews
* Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, trades, and strata
* Manage leasing coordination (with support from a leasing/admin team where applicable)
* Ensure compliance with NSW legislation and internal processes
* Contribute to a positive team culture and improve workflows
What we're looking for
* 3+ years' experience in residential property management (senior level)
* NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and compliance
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship management
* Highly organised with strong time-management and follow-through
* Experience with PropertyMe
