What's on offer :
$70-$85 / hr (depending on experience)

Roles across both private and public hospital settings
The role :
You'll be part of a supportive pharmacy team, contributing to :
Clinical pharmacy services in general medicine, surgical, rehab or oncology
Medication reviews, discharge counselling and ward rounds
Day-to-day operations and patient care
What you'll need :
Current AHPRA registration
At least 6 months' hospital pharmacy experience in Australia (public or private)
Confidence with systems such as iPharmacy, Cerner, Merlin, Sunrise or similar
