genU is looking for a new Quality and Safeguards Business Partner who will be an enthusiastic team player. In this role you'll tackle risks, incidents and complaints while guiding teams to deliver safe, high-quality support, making sure that everything's up to standard along the way.

What you'll do
* Keep things safe & compliant – Manage incidents, complaints and risks while making sure services meet all the right standards.
* Be the go-to guide – Provide expert advice, support investigations, and work closely with ops teams and regulators to keep things running smoothly.
* Drive quality improvement – Spot issues, analyse data, and coordinate teams through coaching, training, and smart fixes.
What you'll bring
* Your unique skills and experience - We welcome candidates with transferable skills from aged care, disability services or other similar sectors. If you've got the smarts and passion, we're keen to hear from you
* Problem-solving & judgement - You're cool under pressure, great at unpacking tricky situations, and know when (and how) to escalate.
* People & data skills - You can turn data into action, coach teams with confidence, and communicate clearly with everyone from frontline staff to regulators.
* Regulatory know-how - You've got a solid grasp of NDIS, Aged Care standards, and can navigate complex compliance and procedure.
* (You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
* Risk Management experience or relevant qualifications in health services, disability services or aged care.
