VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity
Support VIDA Health's Legal Team with practical, outcome‐focused paralegal work that makes a real difference to local communities across the state. You'll gain hands‐on exposure across construction, property, procurement and public law while helping deliver major health infrastructure projects that benefit Victorian's.
Key aspects of the role include
* Provide timely, compliant and outcome‐driven paralegal support to VIDA Health's Legal Team, contributing to the delivery of complex, large‐scale infrastructure projects.
* Support the drafting and review of documentation across the procurement, development and delivery of VIDA Health projects, including internal and external briefs and key legal and governance materials.
* Assist with managing external legal service providers and maintaining legal registers and templates.
We are looking for
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively to deliver project outcomes and support stakeholders through challenging situations.
* Excellent written communication skills, with experience drafting high‐quality project documentation and briefing papers.
* Ability to work independently and remain effective and responsive in a changing and fast‐paced environment.
* A legal qualification or similar will be highly regarded.
