Job Description
As a Youth Transition Specialist, you will work closely with vulnerable young people from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support schools in interpreting and implementing policies related to vulnerable young people.
* Collect confidential information, identifying needs and barriers to inform activities supporting young people's transition to education or training.
* Establish connections with government departments, community agencies, and training organizations to ensure young people receive appropriate support.
This role requires an understanding of vulnerable young people's needs and the ability to develop effective retention and transition strategies.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with young people, schools, and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
