About the Role
Komatsu is looking for skilled trades personnel to join their team as an Automation Specialist. As part of this role, you will be working with Komatsu's Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) and contributing to its success in supporting autonomous trucks and systems across Australia.
The AHS has proven benefits in safety, productivity, and flexibility in mining environments, making it a leader in the industry. We are seeking candidates who are eager to develop their skills in automation and have a strong desire to contribute to a dynamic team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a trade qualification such as Mobile Plant Technology, HV Electrician, HD Fitter or Mechanic. Previous experience servicing and maintaining heavy mobile equipment, as well as working in a similar environment, is also highly valued.
You must be able to build strong internal and customer relationships, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a high standard of customer service. Additionally, you should have a commitment to Health Safety Environment (HSE) principles and demonstrate safe behavior at all times.
