Zimmermann is seeking a highly organised and strategic IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of transformative technology projects across the business.
In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end, from discovery and requirements gathering to execution and post-implementation review. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver initiatives that elevate operational efficiency and align with Zimmermann's commitment to innovation and excellence.
Job Requirements
* 5+ years in project management and/or business analysis roles
* Proven experience delivering IT and business transformation projects
* Strong understanding of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, E-Commerce platforms)
* Experience working with third‐party vendors and system integrators
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury industries is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
* PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification desirable
Job Responsibilities
* Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and business transformation projects
* Conducting business analysis and process mapping to define current and future state workflows
* Facilitating discovery workshops with stakeholders across retail, finance, logistics, and e‐commerce
* Developing business cases, project charters, and detailed project plans
* Managing vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with internal IT strategy
* Tracking project milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies
* Embedding change management and user adoption strategies into project delivery
