AYAN InfoTech is looking for ServiceNow (Developers, Admins and Architects) to join an exciting project based in Sydney & Melbourne. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.

Location: Sydney & Melbourne
Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions

Required Skills & Experience — ServiceNow Developers
* Proficient in CSM, SPM and Sales Order Management
* These developers will be responsible for configuration & customisation of the SNOW platform based on business requirements to basically develop prototypes to fast track development and pass onto Delivery Team
* The expectation is that these Developers will shoulder a higher degree of quality
* These developers need to have foundational knowledge of playbooks as well
* Strong communication and presentation capabilities
Required Skills & Experience — ServiceNow Architect
* Proven experience implementing ServiceNow IRM solutions or the ability to validate solution design and architecture.
* Deep expertise in ServiceNow IRM modules and workflow automation.
* Experience in risk management frameworks and compliance processes.
* Strong understanding of platform architecture and integration patterns.
* Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
* Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM)
* Own the ServiceNow IRM solution design and roadmap for the initiative.
* Configure and optimize workflows for risk assessment, approvals, and lifecycle management.
* Collaborate with governance, security, and technology teams to align IRM capabilities with compliance requirements.
* Provide technical leadership and best practices for ServiceNow platform enhancements.
* Support integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., CMDB, AI governance tools).
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Required Skills & Experience — ServiceNow Administrator
* ServiceNow certified administrator
* ServiceNow ITSM modules Configuration and Development skills.
* Mandatory Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
* Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and tables structure
* Experience in creating reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow modules
* Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) features will be a strong plus
* Ability to conservatively engage with our customers and provide guidance
* Strong documentation and presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
