About the Role
This role is part of Investment NSW Group within the Investment Delivery Authority team. The Investment Delivery Authority (IDA) has been established to facilitate major projects ($1bn plus) from the private sector and identify reforms to boost competition and productivity in NSW.
As the Associate Director – Investment Concierge and Facilitation you will lead a concierge service that supports investor enquiries and Expressions of Interest, providing end-to-end stakeholder management to help accelerate major private sector investment projects in NSW. Working closely with senior stakeholders across government and industry, you will resolve complex delivery issues and remove barriers to investment. You will also generate insights and advice to inform system-wide reforms that boost competition and productivity in NSW.

We're Looking For
* Project delivery: lead delivery across multiple workstreams, manage competing priorities and deadlines.
* Strategic policy & reform advice: produce evidence-based insights and recommendations that remove barriers to private investment and improve competition and productivity.
* Senior stakeholder engagement & influence: build trusted relationships across government and industry, facilitate input, and influence partners to adopt new approaches that support reform.
* Executive communication & representation: proven ability to deliver high quality, evidence-based advice on complex and sensitive issues and represent the Department in a variety of forums including with external stakeholders.
* Leadership: proven ability in supervising and providing direction to team members, including supporting staff development and promoting a positive team culture.
