About the Role: Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will empower individuals exploring self-employment, as well as existing local business owners and operators seeking business advisory assistance. You will deliver our Self-Employment Assistance program activities within your region, operating in an outcome-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Empower individuals exploring self-employment through guidance and support.
2. Provide business advisory assistance to existing local business owners and operators.
3. Deliver program activities within your region, focusing on outcome-driven results.
4. Contribute to the enhancement of the national program by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
1. Experience within the Employment Services industry is highly regarded but not essential.
2. Proven experience as a business owner, entrepreneur, or similar supports success.
3. Relevant experience in business development or sales is highly valued.
4. Proven success in target-driven environments is critical.
About You: To excel, you should have a proven track record in business development, entrepreneurship, or small business management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Proactivity, resourcefulness, networking skills, and community impact drive are vital.
