About the role
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic, high-energy retail team. Key responsibilities include coaching and motivating the sales team, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing stock, and delivering outstanding customer service. A positive team culture is essential, so celebrating wins and keeping team morale high will be a key part of your role.

* Previous experience in a supervisory capacity
