Job Description
1. Lead and support the execution of M&A and capital markets transactions across energy, infrastructure, mining, and resources sectors
2. Build detailed financial models, perform valuations, and support due diligence processes
3. Prepare client-facing materials including pitch books, information memorandums, and transaction documentation
4. Collaborate closely with senior bankers on deal origination, strategy, and client relationship management
5. Conduct market and sector research to support deal execution and identify new opportunities
6. Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to a high-performance team culture
The Successful Applicant
1. Brings 5-8 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking, ideally from a leading advisory or institutional firm
2. Has a strong track record of executing transactions within energy, infrastructure, mining, or natural resources sectors
3. Possesses excellent financial modelling, analytical, and valuation skills, with a sharp commercial mindset
4. Demonstrates strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in managing client interactions
5. Is highly motivated, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
6. [Optional: Holds a degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline; CFA is a plus]
