Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and meals.
- Help maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and report any changes.
- Engage residents in social activities and companionship to enhance their quality of life.
- Follow care plans and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Must Have
- 6+ months previous experience as a Personal Care Attendant or in a similar role preferred.
- Cert III or higher in Aged Care, Community Care, Disability, or Individual Support.
- Medication Competency highly regarded.
- Current National Criminal History Check.
- NDIS Clearance.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
