About the Role
As Co-Coordinators, you will collaboratively lead a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about teamwork and leadership:
* You will create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
* With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you will have everything you need to develop your leadership skills collaboratively and make a real impact.

Job Description
This permanent, full-time role offers 38 hours per week for both Coordinators, including non-contact admin hours, providing a fantastic opportunity to develop and collaborate on your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, we'll ensure you're equipped to thrive in a supportive leadership role.
As a Coordinator, you will work across fortnightly rosters with split shifts one week and block shifts the next –
Week 1: Split Shifts, Monday to Friday across the service's operating hours of:
• 6:30-8:30am (Rise then Shine)
• 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play)
Plus, additional non-contact hours (your choice of morning or afternoon).
Week 2: Block shifts
• 8 hour shifts each day
You will also work block shifts during school holidays (Holiday HQ program).
