Your day-to-day will include: Installing, maintaining and repairing water, drainage and gas systems Acting as the Qualified Supervisor, ensuring all work meets compliance requirements Scoping and quoting jobs independently Supervising apprentices and subcontractors when needed Working closely with Facilities Managers and Project Supervisors Keeping documentation and compliance records up to date Contributing ideas to improve how things are done This is a hands-on role where you’ll have autonomy, but also strong support behind you.
