**About the Role**:
The Program Manager is a key member of the leadership team and works in partnership with the relevant managers and clinical leaders to support the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality care within TMC. This includes developing innovative clinical practice as it relates to programs and contributing to the vision of the organisation through development processes and strategic planning. The Program Manager offers advice pertaining to programs for the Executive Leadership team.
The Program Manager will establish and monitor systems/data which provide feedback about standards of performance and ensure that information on areas of risk and opportunities are promptly addressed and/or communicated internally to achieve best practice performance.
**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will be an allied health (social work, occupational therapy or psychology) or nurse professional with relevant registration
You will also have the following:
- Significant post graduate experience in a mental health / healthcare environment
- Demonstrated experience working within and leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Established knowledge of the theory and principles related to mental health, contemporary psychological interventions and group therapy.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent leadership and team building skills
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve in a fast paced and dynamic learning workplace
- Commitment to a workplace culture that enables recovery and supports maximum wellbeing outcomes for consumers
