Due to growth, we're seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team as the Warehouse and Logistics Manager. The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is a critical operational leader (6 direct reports) responsible for end-to-end warehouse and logistics performance. This role sets the standard for safety, operating discipline, inventory integrity, and on-time delivery. It is accountable for ensuring material flows efficiently from receipt through to dispatch, enabling production and delivering a seamless customer experience. The role leads and inspires a high-performing team, embedding a right-first-time culture, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and scalable logistics operations. The role also oversees interstate stock transfers and supports international import logistics, ensuring efficient coordination, cost control, and alignment with operational and customer delivery requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role that connects planning to execution and owning outcomes, not just activity, and owning the interface between warehouse operations, the supply chain and customer. The Role: Lead, coach, and inspire the warehouse and logistics team to perform at a high standard. Oversee accurate and efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns. Maintain inventory accuracy ≥98% through disciplined cycle counts and stocktakes. Ensure all stock movements are completed correctly and in real time within system. Investigate discrepancies and drive root cause resolution, not workarounds. Optimise warehouse layout, bin locations, and material flow to improve efficiency. Own and deliver DIFOT performance. Use backorder visibility and production priorities to sequence and align warehouse activities. Ensure picking tickets, delivery dockets, and documentation are accurate first time. Eliminate rework, picking errors, and dispatch delays through disciplined processes. Ensure the warehouse is proactive in supporting production and customer requirements. Plan and manage freight to deliver cost-effective, reliable, and scalable logistics outcomes. Optimise use of freight providers and internal transport resources. Coordinate and execute interstate stock transfers between branches/sites, ensuring accuracy, timing, cost efficiency and transacted in systems. Closely monitor and support international import logistics, including coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders. Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are correctly labelled, documented, and compliant. Identify opportunities to reduce freight costs, improve consolidation, and optimise transport planning Conduct daily pre-starts/toolbox talks focused on safety, priorities, and performance. Coordinate and improve flow between warehouse, production and dispatch functions. Generate and analyse reports. What we're looking for: 5 years' experience in warehouse/logistics leadership roles Mandatory ERP experience (SAGE preferred) in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Strong reporting and data analysis capability Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics operations Forklift Licence (LF) and/or MR Truck Licence Innovative and willing to challenge the status quo Punctual and reliable with exceptional interpersonal skills Experience in manufacturing or production environments Lean / Continuous Improvement training or experience Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and load restraint training Benefits: $110k super Company vehicle Full-time permanent role Great team environment Opportunity for growth and development with a dynamic team If you're ready for the next step in your career, APPLY TODAY!
