Join Infor's Early Talent Program as an Associate Consultant, interfacing with enterprise clients to deliver cloud-based digital solutions and develop your career in a global business software leader.


Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

* Collaborating as a team player with energy and drive to support company growth.
* Interfacing directly with enterprise clients to integrate mobile, web, e-commerce, and point of sale applications with Infor APIs/SDKs and custom features.
* Managing technical customer relationships, including requirements clarification, integration testing, load testing, software upgrades, demos, and responding to technical information requests.
* Working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions through problem solving, testing, and code delivery.
* Maximizing efficiency in a dynamic environment requiring creative solutions.
* Collaborating with development engineers, product managers, account managers, and other departments to resolve technology issues.
* Being available for some travel and off-hours support as required.


About You

The ideal candidate will have:

* A genuine interest in business processes, IT, and collaborative problem solving.
* Recent graduation with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Manufacturing, or ERP Systems Management.
* A driven and results-oriented personality.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A "can-do" attitude, strong analytical skills, and a passion to learn and grow.
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
* Eligibility to work.
* International experience from studies is advantageous.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
