The Opportunity We’re on the lookout for an organised, and energetic Corporate Receptionist to join our Head Office team. Following an internal promotion, this is your chance to step into a role that’s so much more than just answering phones—it’s the glue that holds our front-of-house operations together. You'll be the first face people see when they walk through the door and the friendly voice on the end of the phone. You'll also play a vital role behind the scenes, helping the office run smoothly with a blend of admin, coordination, and support tasks that keep everything ticking along. What You'll Be Doing Every day will look a little different, but here’s a taste of what’s involved: Welcoming and directing visitors with a professional and friendly approach Answering and redirecting incoming calls Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Managing meeting room bookings and carpark allocations Coordinating office maintenance and repairs Ordering uniforms, office and kitchen supplies Cleaning and stocking kitchen areas (think coffee machine and dishwasher top-ups) Booking travel for our Head Office team Supporting employee onboarding Keeping our floor plans and seating charts up to date Reconciling credit cards and making ad hoc purchases Assisting with planning and coordinating company events and team activities About You You’ll be someone who thrives on being helpful, has an eye for the little things, and brings a can-do attitude to the office every day. You’re not just comfortable juggling multiple tasks—you enjoy it. And while you love a good checklist, you’re just as confident jumping in and solving things on the fly.
