We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand the distributor network, and strengthen relationships with key industry partners. This role is pivotal in positioning our client as the go-to provider of innovative glove solutions across Australia and internationally.
Your new role
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries (aviation, defence, healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, hospitality, etc.).
* Build and maintain strong distributor and client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote new glove technologies and solutions.
* Represent our client at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
* Provide market insights to guide product development and innovation.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with distributors and large clients.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in PPE, safety equipment, or industrial products).
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Experience managing distributor networks or B2B sales channels.
* Knowledge of industries such as aviation, healthcare, manufacturing, or defence is highly desirable.
