* Deliver High-Availability Database Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable database architectures that meet the needs of complex enterprise environments.
* Ensure Seamless Operation: Develop and execute strategies to ensure optimal database performance, minimize downtime, and resolve critical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong conceptual understanding of RDBMS products, over 13+ years of work experience as a Database Administrator, and exposure to automation tools, scripting, or processes. Proficiency in DB installations, upgrades, planning, setup, and implementation is also required. Additionally, your expertise in security, backup and recovery strategies, performance tuning, system copies, high availability, and disaster recovery is crucial.
