Griffith McDonald's Restaurants (Maccas) are looking for great people We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Hospitality, Retail & Services Managers to join their team in Griffith NSW. This role will suit a highly motivated, operations focused applicant who has completed LTS as a minimum has the skills to motivate a team and whilst being a professional employee but also having great fun along the way Work directly with the licensee and get in control of your own future.
Duties and Responsibilities
Shift Management including training
Set goals and action plans for the Restaurant within Shift Supervisor / Manager Responsibilities.
Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work.
Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures.
Oversee and manage staff, with selected Department responsibilities
Ability to achieve financial budgets.
Maintain WH&S standards and cleanliness within the restaurant
Ensure security is strictly always adhered to.
Skills & Experience
Ability to demonstrate McDonald's KPI historical results / performance
The ability to train and develop team members
Proven staff management and leadership skills
A hands-on approach
Impeccable presentation and clear, concise communication
A focus on policies and procedures
A passion for delivering high standards of customer service
Certificate III in Hospitality or relevant experience

Salary range is $65,000 - $75,000pa commensurate with experience
