What will you be doing?
Trust is vital for a business enabling people to invest in their future. Our Customer Support team is crucial to the success of Spaceship and its customers.
You will join a small team focused on delivering excellent customer experience at Spaceship. Your main role will be providing support to our superannuation members, as well as assisting customers using our other products, including Spaceship Voyager and US Investing services.
Building trust requires understanding superannuation regulations and processes, and empathizing with a diverse customer base—from sophisticated investors to complete beginners navigating their first super account.
Beyond handling inquiries and resolving issues, you'll contribute to product development by connecting customer feedback with teams such as Product, Marketing, Engineering, Risk & Compliance, and Investments.
