About the Role:
This is a permanent full-time role based centrally in our Burswood office. Reporting to our Group Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Bank Reconciliations (multiple accounts) and Balance Sheet reconciliations
* BAS/IAS lodgements
* Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
* Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
* Managing and reconciling financial transactions
* Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
* Collaborating with internal teams to optimise financial processes
* Assisting in audits and month-end/year-end close procedures
About You:
* CPA/CA qualified (or nearing completion)
* A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, specifically in preparing P&L and Balance Sheets
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a high attention to detail
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in a disability or community services industry is desirable
* Prior experience with Lumary (Salesforce), Power BI, Excel (Advanced) or similar applications is preferred but not essential
