Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Manager and Condition Monitoring Centre Team. Your primary duties will include:
* Accurate data entry and database maintenance
* Handling customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
* Preparing reports for distribution
* Accurate customer invoicing in a timely manner
Additional responsibilities may include managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, performing general administration tasks, and assisting with sorting samples within the lab environment.
