Stockroom Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Stockroom Manager to join our team. As a key member of the stock management team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and appropriate levels of stock are maintained to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Driving scheduled cycle counts to identify and adjust stock levels.
* Utilizing data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
* Consistently monitoring and investigating negative stock levels and communicating with the store team as necessary.
* Implementing a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and working in partnership with the Senior Management team and Supply Chain team.
* Training and educating the wider team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
* Processing and replenishing the arrival of stock, managing returns in a timely manner, and liaising with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous retail stock management experience across areas of cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, managing profit & loss of stock levels, and sales forecasting.
* Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint & SAP (desirable) to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
* Ability to work a 38hr rotating roster to support store needs.
* Physical fitness to lift and shift boxes that can weigh up to 15kg.
* Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
