**The Client**:
This Strata business is a small family run strata business who has been around for over 30 years, they are looking to scale up their business and hire an innovative General Manager.
With a reputation in the marketplace for providing excellent management to clients, their tenants and staff, they take pride in what they do.
With over 20 staff, 9 strata managers our client has a large portfolio ranging from large buildings to medium and small-sized schemes locally, along with a large portfolio of industrial and commercial properties.
**Your key duties and responsibilities will include**:
- Managing a team of 20 staff
- Resolving escalated problems
- Guidance & training (strata master)
- Recruitment, hiring & firing
- Relief Strata Management when required
- Improve processes & procedures
**The successful applicant will ideally have**:
- Minimum 5 + years experience in Strata Management
- Strong Leadership skills
- Strong Communication Skills essential
- Current Class 1 or 2 License
- Strong Knowledge of the Strata Schemes Management Act
