Financial Data LeadWe are seeking a highly analyticalFinancial Data Leadto support a strategic national project focused on analysing the cost and delivery of allied health therapy services. This role will lead the financial data collection, analysis and reporting required for a government pilot examining allied health therapy pricing and service models within the disability sector.Working closely with senior leadership, finance, and operational teams, you will translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights that help inform national policy and future service delivery models.Key responsibilitiesLead financial data extraction, validation and analysis from finance and operational systemsDevelop cost models (e.g. cost per service hour, workforce cost drivers)Prepare structured financial submissions and reporting templatesWork with the finance team, data analysts, IT, quality and compliance and operational teams to ensure data accuracyIdentify key cost drivers and produce clear analytical insights for leadership to enhance service delivery and financial performanceAssist with financial forecastingAbout youStrong experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or data analyticsAdvanced Excel and financial modelling capabilityExperience working with large datasets and multiple systemsHighly analytical with strong attention to detailAbility to translate complex financial data into clear insightsComplex financial forecasting experienceStrong skills in using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.Experience inhealthcare, government-funded programs, or professional services environmentswill be highly regarded.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant project while working alongside a high-performing leadership team.If you enjoy solving complex problems using data and financial insight, we would love to hear from you.This role is located in our National head office in Gosford, 30 minutes north of Sydney.
