About the Role
The Key Account Manager will be in charge of building and maintaining the relationship with our strategic, utility-scale clients in Australia, WA, VIC, QLD.
Responsibilities
Interact with the client on a regular basis to understand requirements, both technically and commercially
Collect and share competitive information from the field to assist in marketing strategies
Provide account forecasts while keeping the company’s CRM and other company information tools up to date
Develop together with the strategic account leadership team strategies to maintain LONGi’s product and brand as one of the key product and solution providers for our client
Schedule, manage, participate, and run special customer events, customer requests, and/or other activities to maintain and strengthen the relationship between us and our client
Leverage our products and company’s unique capabilities and strengths
Initiate creative solutions to meet customer needs and maintain long-term relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in management, business administration or engineering
Prior experience in PV sector within Australia market, as sales or business development qualified specifically within Utility segment
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex contractual negotiations involving multiple stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively
Valuable verbal and written communication skills
Location : Fully remote, could base in WA (Perth), VIC (Melbourne), QLD (Brisbane)
