This part-time Membership Sales Consultant role at Fernwood Women's Health Clubs in Ballarat VIC 3350 is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team. As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales of Fernwood's comprehensive range of health and fitness memberships to new and existing clients.
What you'll be doing
Actively engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals and recommend the most suitable Fernwood membership.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all Fernwood members.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and member information.
Continuously develop your product knowledge to provide members with accurate and helpful information.
What we're looking for
Passion for health, fitness and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Highly motivated and driven to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Flexible and available to work a mix of mornings, late afternoon/early evenings and Saturday mornings.
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the fitness or health and wellness industry.
