We are seeking an experienced Project Cost Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of cost management are effectively executed.
This role involves overseeing front-end construction within the property sector, working on build projects such as residential, office, healthcare, education, and more. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Knowledge Management
* Financial Management
* Process Management
You will assist with feasibility studies, write procurement reports, estimate, and cost plan. You will also tenders, procure, perform cost checks, valuations, and cost reporting. Additionally, you will value engineer, negotiate final accounts, and interface with clients and consultants.
