Equipment Technician Role Overview
Vittoria Food and Beverage is seeking skilled Equipment Technicians to join our team. As an Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing coffee equipment in-house.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair coffee equipment
* Receive and process returned equipment, refurbishing it to operational standards
* Manage spare parts inventory: receive, pick, and replenish items to maintain operational efficiency
* Install, configure, and test equipment according to best practices and manufacturer specifications
* Provide technical guidance and support to team members when required
* Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation of repairs, maintenance, and parts usage
