Your new company
You will join a large Federal Government department responsible for delivering critical national organisation is investing in the uplift and modernisation of core business applications, with a focus on improving performance, maintainability, and long-term sustainability across its technology landscape. You will work within a delivery team supporting systems that sit at the centre of this transformation.
Your new role
As a ColdFusion Developer, you will play a key role in the development, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise is a hands-on role suited to a developer who enjoys working across established systems and contributing to their continuous improvement.
You will:
* Develop and maintain ColdFusion (2021 / 2023) applications
* Deliver enhancements and resolve defects across production systems
* Work across backend services using Oracle PL/SQL
* Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, and estimates
* Collaborate with developers, BA’s, and stakeholders in an Agile team
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum Baseline Clearance
* Strong experience developing web applications using ColdFusion
* Exposure to recent versions, ideally ColdFusion 2021 or 2023
* Solid backend capability across Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
* Experience across the full software development lifecycle
* Ability to work effectively in an Agile delivery environment
* Experience with frameworks such as ColdBox is highly regarded
