The role
We're looking for a hands‐on Site Engineer to support the delivery of civil projects across SEQ, primarily Brisbane‐based.
Project scope
Bulk earthworks, piling platforms, roadworks, stormwater, and demolition.
Team structure
Small, site‐based teams.
You'll work closely with supervisors, foremen, and leading hands to drive successful on‐site delivery.
Your everyday
* Coordinating daily site activities and short‐term programs (3‐week lookahead)
* Supporting procurement, subcontractor management, and project administration
* Managing QA, document control, and tracking quantities
* Assisting with cost control and project performance
* Supporting on‐site delivery alongside the Project Engineer, supervisors, and foremen
* Maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and compliance
* Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Who are you?
* Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
* Experience on roads, stormwater, or civil infrastructure projects
* Strong understanding of site‐based delivery
* Hands‐on attitude with a willingness to be on‐site and get involved
* Trade background (e.g. carpentry) is highly regarded
* Experience with Jobpac or similar systems (desirable)
* Team‐focused with a positive, can‐do attitude
