As a Workforce Systems and Support Analyst, you'll use your workforce and rostering skills to help achieve more for all who need us through process re‐engineering, change activities, rostering system configuration, testing, training and much more.
What you'll bring
* Experience / Qualifications in business or related discipline
* Experience / Knowledge of health sector industry classifications and awards
* Experience with workforce planning and rostering best practice
* Essential to have experience with rostering systems (for example RosterOn, Optima)
* Excellent time management, organisation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve
* A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to work
* The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
* A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
