Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to become an integral part of our friendly and hardworking team.
About the Role: As a key member of our parts department, you'll be responsible for:
* Identifying and supplying parts to customers and internal workshop staff
* Interpreting parts from manuals, catalogues, and electronic systems
* Providing accurate quotes and availability information
* Managing stock levels, ordering parts, and receiving deliveries
* Delivering exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth operation of the workshop
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter (automotive, heavy vehicle, or industrial parts preferred)
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to source and identify parts efficiently
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Computer literacy and experience with parts software systems
* A can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
