We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a fast-food restaurant. Roles and Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations and staff activities.
* Allocate duties, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job training and support.
* Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
* Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
* Assist with staff rostering and ensure adequate staffing during shifts.
* Monitor inventory levels, receive stock, and minimise wastage.
* Supervise cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-shift reconciliations.
* Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and company procedures.
* Prepare basic operational and sales reports and report issues to management.
Required Qualification and Experience
* Certificate III/IV in Hospitality, Retail, Business, or a related field (desirable).
* Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-food operations.
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
* Strong communication, customer service, and team management skills.
* Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
* Food Safety Supervisor certification.
