Alba water & Process Solutions Pty Ltd – Forrestdale WAPosition: Team Leader – Service and MaintenanceReports to: General ManagerResponsibilitiesTo lead and develop the Service and Maintenance team and Services business in Western AustraliaTo provide in-field servicing for Alba Water & Process Solutions Water Treatment Plants or Client PlantsTo perform or support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of Alba Water & Process Solutions projects in ANZ.To provide infield support for the implementation of pilot studies in ANZ (e.g. process adjustments, preventive maintenance activities, instrument calibration, membrane cleaning)To positively promote a safe and healthy work environment and employ safe work practices at all timesTo support the development of Digital platform to new plants including supporting the preparation of the predictive and preventive maintenance programs, HSEQ modules and other Services projectsTo proactively report and investigate plant performance/reliability issues and propose practical and cost-effective solutions.To drive asset performance management associated activities to achieve operational excellence at operating sitesTo promote and support Alba Water & Process Solutions after sales services (spare parts, consumables, ad hoc operational and site service support) and work closely with the Sales/Project departments.To provide efficient responses to client enquiries, quoting, follow ups as well as identifying new opportunities for spare parts and consumable supplyTo provide technical training to Alba Water & Process Solutions 's/end users' operation team on conventional and proprietary technologies when required.To participate in any technical meetings related to any current projects being executed and potential projects opportunities as Alba Water & Process Solutions 's local representative.To guide and assist Alba Water & Process Solutions and its partners' site operators in implementing good practices for plant operations and maintenance as well as monitor compliance with contractual and regulatory requirement.To carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by your Superior.Skills and Experience10 + years working in water treatment plants, with emphasis on Reverse Osmosis and associated technologiesHold Western Australia A grade electrical licence.Candidate must possess High Risk Forklift LicenseExperience with client CMMS systems, site mobilisation requirementsPrevious hands-on experience with preparing and dispatching goods including chemicals and consumablesFamiliar with various water and wastewater spares and consumables including relevant suppliersExcellent analytical thinking, interpersonal/communication skills and problem-solving capacities
