Our client located in the West Perth and seeking a hardworking Payroll Officer to join their dynamic, professional team. **The Role**
Your fit within the role will depend on your proven understanding of payroll processing, as you are responsible for:
- Process the weekly Payroll for up to 1400 employees.
- Employment Contracts and Onboarding.
- Payroll Reports (including Leave / Overtime/ Summaries).
- Contribute and collaborate with the Finance Team to maximise operational efficiency.
- Liaising with site managers and staff regarding pay related enquiries.
**Your Skills & Experience**
- Outstanding payroll experience spanning at least 2+ years.
- Experience with Chirs21 and ADP, highly desired but not essential.
- Remarkable attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening).
- Ability to adapt to new payroll systems and embrace change.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
**About You**
You are a self-starter, who is just as comfortable working independently, whilst collaborating with a national payroll team. Your time management skills are extraordinary, and you have an exceptional eye for detail. Your creative flair allows you to offer innovative suggestions to improve payroll processes, and you relish the challenge of learning new systems and upskilling.
