Early Childhood Program Manager Position

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs, meeting ongoing needs of the children as per the Early Years Learning Framework. Uphold the philosophy, policies, and procedures of the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulations and statutory requirements.
Ensure a sense of belonging and respect prevails at the centre, between children, educators, and families. Execute daily operations to provide an early learning program and care of the highest standard.
Respect and provide support for all children, regardless of gender, cultural background, or socio-economic status. Act as a positive role model, demonstrating appropriate behaviour and language.
Requirements
Current Working with Children Check Current National Police Clearance Certificate Current approved First Aid Certificate and CPR A minimum of 2 years' experience in an early childhood setting Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification Montessori Qualifications and/or formal training
