International Trade and Customer Services Professional

The International Trade and Customer Services Coordinator will ensure seamless customer service and export operations with a focus on managing contracts, coordinating international shipments, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer contracts and oversee the full Order-to-Delivery process
* Coordinate logistics shipping invoicing and documentation for international exports
* Provide proactive updates to customers on order status shipping schedules and variations
* Prepare accurate customer documentation packs and support bulk shipment processes
* Assist with sales forecasting reporting and CRM data maintenance
* Collaborate with internal teams on system upgrades and process improvements
Qualifications:
* Minimum five years' experience in a similar trade coordination role
* Strong experience preparing business documents such as contracts invoices certificates of origin and letters of credit
* Proficiency in SAP and confidence in navigating transactions
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships
