About the Role
This operational role involves working with minimal supervision, effectively with others, and monitoring a safe workplace.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate complex machinery such as Backhoe, Front End Loader, Bobcat, Excavator (=20t), Truck, Roller, Tractor with associated implements.
* Apply knowledge of engineering infrastructure construction and maintenance techniques.
* Follow established procedures and processes.
* Work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
Either a Certificate III in Civil Construction, Plant or similar, or at least two years experience in civil construction/maintenance or plant operation related fields are necessary. A WHS General Induction for Construction Work is also required. Additionally, an LR Driver Licence and immunisations for Q Fever, Hepatitis A & B, Tetanus are needed, or the willingness to obtain them.
