The Opportunity: Collision Repair Estimator
We're currently looking for a Collision Repair Estimator to join our experienced team at Phil Munday's Kilsyth.

* Collision repair experience is essential
* Familiarity with Audanet and iBodyshop systems is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and work providers
* Prepare accurate repair quotes in line with cost targets and insurer/company standards
* Conduct quoting onsite, off-site, and online as needed
* Perform arrival inspections including vehicle mapping and imaging
* Manage parts procurement for timely and cost-effective repairs
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely authorisation of additional work
* Ensure all vehicles are returned to pre-accident condition
* Conduct handovers of completed repairs with customers
About You
* Proven experience in the collision repair industry (essential)
* Strong commitment to workplace safety
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* High attention to detail and strong work ethic
* Reliable and self-motivated
