The Role
We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic animator and/or motion graphics designer with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.
As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:
Champion new initiatives.
Improve existing initiatives.
Help shape our video content strategy.
Meet regularly with team members.
Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines.
Your efforts will enrich our video content and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.
Key/Main Responsibilities
Creation of animated video content, including idents and intros/outros.
Editing animated and live-action video content
Gathering stock footage for use in videos
Idea creation for new videos
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year of commercial experience (or equivalent) with:
Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro and Illustrator).
Creating engaging video content within specific guidelines.
Creating mood boards, storyboards and style frames.
Preferred Requirements
At least 2 years in a freelance or in-studio Motion Design or Digital Design role.
Experience in creating video content for social media channels and/or YouTube.
Experience working with data visualisation and content layouts AND / OR experience in character animation.
Fluency in English.

Interactive web video experience and knowledge of web-based applications are a bonus.
