Responsibilities
* Deliver exemplary customer service to clients.
* Perform frontline reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing appointments.
* Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping and hygiene protocol compliance.
* Operate the telephone switchboard and manage incoming/outgoing calls.
* Support staff through a rotating roster with shifts ranging from early morning to late night on weekdays and weekends.
* Assist with daily operations, ensuring efficient flow of patient care.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in a customer‐service role (required).
* Background in the veterinary sector (required).
* Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of EzyVet practice management software and medical privacy laws is advantageous.
* Self‐driven, well‐presented, composed, compassionate, and professional, able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
