About the role
This role is responsible for providing technical and improvement initiative support. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Windsor, QLD, offered with a hybrid working arrangement.
What you will be doing
* Analysing daily production process trends and recommending or undertaking corrective action.
* Working collaboratively with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of process / quality issues and recommend or undertake corrective actions.
* Ensuring that production processes meet or exceed quality requirements.
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the site.
What you will bring
* Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, preferably chemical or mechanical.
* Experience and sound knowledge of manufacturing principles, safe working practices, process safety.
* Good technical understanding of products and processes.
* Ability to solve highly complex problems / critical thinker.
* Ability to engage and influence a diverse group of stakeholders.
