Located in Port Lincoln, they are currently looking for someone skilled in Administration and Customer Service to join their team as a Licensing Officer.
Your new role
As a Licensing Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient processing of licence applications and renewals. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing licence applications and renewals with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Performing data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records.
* Handling general processing work to support licensing operations.
* Undertaking ad hoc administrative duties such as mail processing, printing, and scanning.
* Following up with customers via phone and email regarding applications.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in administration roles, preferably within Government or Corporate environments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
