We're looking for an experienced Barista + Café Supervisor to take on a key role in our team!
* Working days: Sunday – Wednesday
* Consistent weekly roster
* Long-term role (6+ months commitment)
This is a higher-responsibility role for someone confident running a café floor and supporting daily operations.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 3+ years barista experience
* Latte art is a MUST
* Strong coffee knowledge & consistency under pressure
* Ability to lead shifts and guide junior staff
* Hands-on café operations experience (stocktake, ordering, prep, maintenance, etc.)
* Ability to take ownership of daily service flow and standards
* Reliable, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing daily café operations during shifts
* Ensuring coffee quality and service consistency
* Supporting and training team members on shift
* Managing stock, supplies, and basic ordering
* Maintaining cleanliness, equipment checks, and café presentation
* Helping improve overall workflow and efficiency
