Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Nurse Educator to join our team. As a key member of our national team, you will be responsible for educating and supporting nurses, GPs, and primary healthcare professionals in the latest therapeutic areas and chronic disease management practices.
About the Role:
* Deliver high-quality education on disease states and therapeutic areas to primary care providers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, practice nurses, and other healthcare professionals
* Conduct patient searches for audits, monitor clinical outcomes, and support GP professional development
* Facilitate group presentations and one-on-one clinical education sessions
* Provide education and support for acute and chronic disease management
* Comply with all relevant clinical standards, risk management procedures, and documentation practices
Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered) with demonstrated clinical experience
* Strong knowledge of chronic disease management and therapeutic areas
* Previous experience in a patient-facing education or primary care role highly regarded
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work autonomously across a defined territory
* Comfortable with travel and managing a varied schedule (metro and regional)
* Confident in administering vaccinations and IV therapy
* High attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skills
* Comfortable using digital booking platforms and telehealth technologies
