We are looking for a Merchandise Planner - Uniform Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of a large uniform program. You'll be the central point connecting suppliers, internal teams and stakeholders while keeping stock information, reporting and processes running smoothly. If you enjoy working with data, coordinating moving parts and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, this role will suit you. What You'll Be Doing * Coordinate the day-to-day operations of a structured uniform program * Track stock availability, demand trends and product updates * Work closely with suppliers to coordinate requests and resolve issues * Maintain accurate product data, records and documentation * Assist with reporting, financial tracking and program administration * Support stakeholders with enquiries and provide clear information when needed What We're Looking For * Experience in merchandise planning, apparel coordination, retail head office or program coordination * Strong organisation and attention to detail * Comfortable working with data, stock information and reporting * Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and suppliers * Confident communication skills and a proactive approach Experience in uniform programs, apparel, merchandise planning or retail head office environments will be highly regarded.
